Chris Villhauer
Chris is the Commercial Property Manager for SouthGate Commercial Services. He is a lifelong resident of the Iowa City area and has been with SouthGate Companies since 2004. Chris manages nearly 400,000 square feet of commercial retail, office, and industrial space throughout multiple locations in the Iowa City Corridor area. He also manages Commercial Condominium Associations.
