Oak Grove owners are responsible for maintaining the interior of their units, ensuring clean and sanitary conditions. See the bylaws and amendments for more information.

  • Garage/parking space

  • Plumbing

Tips

  • Dryer vents — Clean your vents every 2-3 years, or more often if needed. Owners have reported birds and nests living in vents, which is a fire hazard and significantly impacts drying time. Davis Heating & Air Conditioning (319.351.0054) offers this service for $125.

  • Windows — Unfortunately many issues have been reported with our original Caradco windows. Keep an eye on your windows, use common sense with weather conditions, and maintain your weatherstripping.

  • Doors — Help preserve our quiet environment in the big building by taking a few minutes to adjust your door hinge.
